With Valentine's Day just round the corner, the Made With Love design team was asked to come up with love-themed projects.  I thought I ditch the lovey-dovey twosome kind of album and focus on love within the family. Last month, I told a girlfriend that I'll make a signage for her girl's 1st birthday. I got so much into it that the project expanded to include a guestbook and a banner. A gift for a 5-year-old boy. I altered an Ikea pine frame by painting it with MM Paints (Chocolate & Wheat). Made these star tags for the kids to hang on their bedroom door (still trying to find hooks!). The kids had fun cranking the handle of the Sizzix Big Shot to cut out the star shapes. They also sifted through the chipboard alphas to find the letters to their names. Yesterday, I decided to make beef ghoulash. It's a simple one-dish Hungarian receipe of beef stew with vegetables. Ash wanted to help so I roped him in to wash the vegetables.
